Odd-er in the Court

A quick trivia question relating to my favorite TV comedy, inspired by the comments on the last post.

Give four Odd Couple episodes where Felix and/or Oscar are on trial, with Felix serving as his own lawyer.

No looking it up on-line allowed!

No responses?? Isn't anyone else out there as into useless TV trivia as I am? Sheesh, what's the world coming to!

Last chance - I'll post the solution later today.

I can cite a lot of useless TV trivia but I am short on this one.

I can name the four Star Trek episodes with two Captain Kirks - thanks to you of course, but I am drawing a blank on this one.

OK, then here goes. From memory:

1) Ticket scalping, as referenced in the comments on the last post. That had the classic "ASS-U-ME" scene.

2) When Murray busts his own poker game to make points with his captain. Felix tries to prove Murray himself wasn't there via his "evidence", the "fradulent fondue fork".

3) When Felix kidnaps the celebrity canine, "Silver The Wonder Dog" from his mean owner, then gets the guy to break down on the stand. Dog owner was played by John Fiedler who did the voice for Piglet, among many hundreds of TV and movie roles.

4) Flashback episode where Felix is a photographer for Playboy, and takes nude picturs of his then-fiancee Gloria for the magazine, then sues them to get them back. Classic scene where he humiliates Oscar on the stand, closing, with "YOU MAKE ME SICK!", then calls him as a character witness!

Correct, title was "Mirror Mirror" (and he had a beard too!)

2) the one where Kirk is cloned

Correct, title was "What Are Little Girls Made Of"

3) the one where they beam up from some planet and two of them beam up - there was also some dog-like creature
Correct, title was "The Enemy Within"

4) I am blanking out on number four, sorry...
The one with Garth, a former Starfleet Captain who went insane, took over his asylum and had shapeshiftimg powers. Title was "Whom Gods Destroy"

IIRC Fiedler died just recently.

Since you bring up Whom Gods Destroy, what does it have in commone with Dagger of the Mind, Conscience of the King and, I guess, the Undiscovered Country.

Titles are quotes from Shakespeare.

Yes. Though the actual quote is "Whom gods would destroy (they first make mad.)
