Doctor's Disclosures

This morning we had our long awaited and much delayed meeting with Dr. D, the pediatric oncologist from the hospital (the hospital). We finally got some answers to our medical questions about the unreal sequence of events that weekend. My mind is a little more at ease in terms of the "what ifs" that have been haunting me. And we were able to provide some feedback to the hospital on the problems we experienced with their lack of communication and inadequate pain management.

Thinking over this morning's discussion is also helping me work up the nerve to start on the next part of Aaron's Story. I hope to get there before we go on vacation next week. But no promises.
